Ironically, he wound up being held without a point last night, despite five shots on goal and being on the ice for a number of goals for.

That's a whole lot of NHL success.

Sabres twitter was complaining about not drafting Stankoven just yesterday.

Keep Savoie.

Stankoven is nearly 2 inches shorter than Savoie which is the whole reason he went 47OA. There are plenty of talented small guys who don't make it past being talented small guys because less talented big guys in various leagues play the body on them and they break or stop being able to do what they did. We saw it with Savoie and he's somewhat stouter at the same age.

Are you saying we should be worried?

I'm equally as worried about Sammy and Quinn.

I wonder at whatever is bothering him that he missed a WHL playoff game and a couple games down the stretch for MJ. If everything is fine, that's not happening. No one came out with a "oh, it was just the flu" or anything either, including people who find those things out behind the scenes.

His night continues... double minor for high sticking after a review, still down 2-0 with his line and him having a hand in both goals against.

And Saskatoon scores on the Savoie penalty... 3-0 now.

The old dash 3 now - 4-0.

Late shorthanded rush, was hoping he would end this.

And OT it is. The Warriors shuffled their lines in the third and it paid off.
