Eliteprospects gives him at the moment even 6+20=26 points in only 10 games. So I guess he has had another 4 point game. The dude is really on fire! It would truly be amazing if he could hold on to this kind of pace for the rest of the season.22 points in 9 games in WHL is prettttty good.
It would be incredible if he could hold onto anywhere near that pace by the end of the season.
Oh, I guess it wasn't updated by the time I made my comment. In any case, that's pretty crazy.Eliteprospects gives him at the moment even 6+20=26 points in only 10 games. The kid was 140 pounds at draft. He's not gonna gain 40 pounds over one summer. So obviously he'd still be slimhe must have put on weight. I saw him play in Calgary and he was pretty slim
He’s bigger for sure. 40 pounds? No. I’m gonna estimate and say he’s somewhere around 160.The kid was 140 pounds at draft. He's not gonna gain 40 pounds over one summer. So obviously he'd still be slim
Yup. sounds around right. I don't think he'll ever be very heavy. I'm thinking Marner numbers. He’s bigger for sure. 40 pounds? No. I’m gonna estimate and say he’s somewhere around 160.
Agreed. Hard for him to put on much more just taking in his frame.Yup. sounds around right. I don't think he'll ever be very heavy. I'm thinking Marner numbers.
What the hell is going on??? Is he trying to make numbers like the two players whose names shall never be mentioned when discussing player’s production?Another 4 point game. 8g+22a 11gp!
http://www.eliteprospects.com/player.php?player=199750A junior league is a right place for him if he weighs under 160lbs. He can't go to the AHL anyways because the rules as far as I'm concerned.
Has anyone ever jumped from CHL to Europe or AHL midseason? I doubt he's going anywhere until his team's season is over.
Yeah obviously he could play in a professional league, but I don't think it would be beneficial for him at this point. Why rush him? So he can learn to play "complete game" against grinders rather than to dominate offensively in the minors? Gaudreau in a sense is a poor example, he spent 3 years in the NCAA after getting drafted.http://www.eliteprospects.com/player.php?player=199750

I mean i could find like 100 guys like these two (Different leagues, very different skill levels, duh, but the point is that ur wrong about the weight stuff).
Meh, i don't think changing in the middle of the season is correct either. Liiga or AHL next season would be cool. Preferably Liiga so i can watch him 8)Yeah obviously he could play in a professional league, but I don't think it would be beneficial for him at this point. Why rush him?
