- Bruins are one of four teams we have not beat this season (Leafs Canadiens & Jackets) we still have a chance to remove three teams from this list
-Jets are on a 5 game winning streak
- can stay ahead of Vegas and keep the (slim) division title & presidents trophy hopes alive

Fake playoff update

This game will begin our fake stanley cup final. The run to the fake cup has gone fairly well although we did struggle in the first round.

Round 1. W 4-3
Round 2. W 4-1
Round 3. W 4-2

Our whole season has gone this way really. We are winning enough games and avoiding losing streaks. That is really a recipe for playoff success.

Stanley Cup Playoffs format, qualification system


Home-ice advantage through the first two rounds goes to the team that placed higher in the regular-season standings. In the Conference Final and Stanley Cup Final, home-ice advantage goes to the team that had the better regular-season record, regardless of the teams' final standing in their respective divisions.
