That is what he does every season. He polls the scouts and compiles the results and presents the rankings.

did you expect him to scout every prospect?? the guy is a journalist, of course he is going to poll scouts and create a list from that.

We did a similar thing here a few years ago, used about 5 agencies and averaged them out. It was pretty close to McKenzie's list.

Anyone can do it just get the lists and you'll have as much info as McKenzie can get, although I'm sure he might have a couple scouts he has more faith in you really can't go off a single scout or two to know every kid in 6-8 countries playing in a dozen or more different leagues.
