Didier was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline). He will miss Charlotte’s game Saturday (Mar. 17) vs. Binghamton.

What's even worse is that was an elbow too.

Quenneville didn't have the puck, but I don't think Didier could've anticipated it getting tipped like it did so I don't fault him on that so much. I'm pretty sure the NHL/AHL will classify it as a blindside hit though which they should. Hits like that aren't needed and are just predatory, IMO.

Regardless of that, this hit is straight elbow to the head. Considering he just came back from that and elbowed a guy in the head only 10 seconds into the game, he deserves a hefty suspension.

Charlotte Checkers defenseman Josiah Didier has been suspended for three (3) games as a consequence of an interference incident in a game vs. Binghamton on Mar. 18.

Didier was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline). He will miss Charlotte’s games Friday (Mar. 23) at Laval, Saturday (Mar. 24) at Laval and Mar. 30 at Rochester.

Charlotte Checkers forward Warren Foegele has been suspended for one (1) game as a consequence of a boarding incident in a game vs. Binghamton on Mar. 17.

Foegele was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 28.1 (supplementary discipline). He will miss Charlotte’s game Friday (Mar. 23) at Laval.

If you read the job description, it seems like you're going to be the only media guy working there and it's unpaid.

Description
The Binghamton Devils are currently seeking media relations interns for the 2018-19 American Hockey League season. This will be a hands-on internship, providing interns the chance to gain real experience in the field. This internship position will be responsible for assisting the Director of Media/Community Relations with a variety of tasks including:
· Assist in managing game night media table; distributing credentials.
· Help manage team’s social media – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat.
· Maintaining working relationships with all local and regional media outlets.
· Coordinate and write content/goals for game night recap press release.
· Assist in managing press box for ALL Devils home games.
· Scoresheet distribution to all press box members & locker rooms during intermissions and post-game.
· Assist in any working media requests during games.
· Oversee team photography and uploading of game photos during the game.
· Research of team, players, history, etc.
· Attend and document Devils player/mascot appearances.
· Various statistical research and projects.
· Postgame updating of player bios/game notes.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO SALARY OR STIPEND WITH THIS POSITION. FOOD PROVIDED BEFORE THE GAME.
Requirements:
• Work ALL Binghamton Devils’ home games during the 2018-19 season from October until mid-April and playoffs if necessary.
• Knowledge of all social media – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat.
• Must work all home games. Can be flexible if other interns are available.
• Must be a high school or college student working towards a career in media relations/public relations. If in college, must be earning college credit for internship.
• If not local a student, willing to relocate at own expense and find housing.
• Must always project a professional attitude and appearance.
• Knowledgeable using social media: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat..
• Simple video editing: Clip a highlight of a goal and/or interviews of a player/coach post-game
• Take notes and assist in typing the post-game recap story.
