how big was the lindros deal? with Soo and Oshawa?
Certainly doesn't compare to the monster volume trade as above, but thought the Tavares deal a couple years back was big:
To London:
Tavares
Del Zotto
Borden
To Oshawa:
Christian Thomas
Scott Valentine
Michael Zador
London's 2nd round picks in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012
London's 3rd round picks 2010, 2011
I think this is the biggest one IMO
This deal happend last year... not a few years back ?
BNut ya, London gt the better end imo.

This is the first deal that popped into my head... just ridiculous. Good on you for being able to keep it all straight! The Halifax/Cape Breton "boomerang" trade was 4 parts, and covered 3 seasons:
Im glad I don't see trades like that in the WHL, or at least NOT nearly as one sided.
Here is a trade I'm surprised deangamblin missed.
Traded by Portland (WHL) Ray Ferraro, Brad Dugan, Derek Laxdal, Dave Thomlinson and Tony Horacek to Brandon in exchange for Blaine Chrest in August 1983. Four players that played in the NHL + for one that didn't.
Holy crap. Did the Brandon GM have incriminating pictures of the Portland GM or something? Was that the whole deal?

Those kind of deals are not allowed anymore, are they?
It wasn't as huge name wise as the Tavares trade, but Adam Dennis to London for Ryan MacDonald and 3 draft picks put the final nail in the London Knights Memorial Cup. Without Dennis, I don't think London wins the whole thing.
