i would absolutely not describe pk today as a defensive dman.

He was a defensive titan in Montreal too. He has lost a step the past couple years but still one of the top 5 d in the league for sure.

Both version of Subban are preposterously great players. He was fantastic defensively for Habs as well. And took it to another level with Preds. He is indeed a top 5 D in the league. I view him right there in the mix for 2nd with Hedman and Doughty behind Karlsson.
