This idea of playing a full strength team could really backfire on us.

Imagine if the group loses to an AHL Oilers team, their confidence will be at rock bottom heading into the Jets series.

Win-win for the Oilers...they lose against the Avs and they can say they had all their best guys out....they win and it is a big boost for the depth players and a pretty big moral hit on the Avs losing against an AHL team heading to the playoffs.
