Nah, the Sabres would have beat Columbus to advance to the Final, only to lose to Arizona in 7 games.

This 4 year span is one of the most dominant goal scoring runs in History.

3 seasons of 0.80 Goals per game in the past 4. And you can't really say it's because of league wide scoring increases, because no one is close.

Doesn't this season illustrate the exact opposite? At one point, he was pacing for around 73 goals and had like 60 games played. Now, we're not even sure if he'll reach 65. He was pacing for 64 goals in the shortened season so 60 was absolutely not guaranteed since he still needed 19 goals in 30 games.

Been getting robbed all night by UPL. Makes sense that the one that actually goes in is kinda lucky.
Luck always evens itself out - but when Byram is simply skating back into his own zone and his stick breaks at the base…. Really unfortunate for Sabres fans
