Kazmir can rebound and be a solid veteran starter for them, as can McCarthy (but who knows if he'll be healthy). May as well keep them and if they perform well, flip them in July or ST when someones starter goes down.

I'd take Kemp on the Jays if Dodgers ate some cash and/or threw in some decent prospects. Would probably need to dump Morales somewhere somehow

Neither team added payroll. It's just set up where the Dodgers are able to get under the tax line and the Braves drop the contracts quicker and also create a spot for Acuna. Plus, it looks like they're going to use McCarthy as their 5th and Culberson off the bench.
