Articles 34-47 in the current CBA

Hi, does anybody know why these articles are ommitted in the current CBA.

There's nothing there. They may have had something in early drafts, but by the time the final version was completed, it was easier to delete them instead of re-numbering all of the references to Articles 48-50.
