It's mind-boggling that they won 50(!) games this year. They averaged just under 21(!) shots per game in the playoffs. Even for a conservative team (bottom ten in the regular season), that's underwhelming. As a fan, I could live with that if Tocchet was guiding them through the playoffs after taking over midseason. But he did that last season. He had a proper camp to implement his system. This is the Rick Tocchet experience. Hard pass.
