If the Oilers bow out quickly to a Demko-less Canucks, it sure makes LA look bad.

When LA took them to 7 games in 2021, Edmonton went all the way to the Conference Finals.

Part 3 of the greater NHL audience acting surprised that oh wait, the Oilers aren’t some juggernaut, the Kings just suck.

Zadorov GOAT. Love seeing someone isn’t afraid to take a shot at 97 after the whistle.

I've given Zadorov a hard time over the years, but he's finally developed into a quality hockey player. Some Dmen don't figure it out until fairly late in their careers.

His skill set is coveted. People will be surprised with how much he gets in free agency.

Michigan
In 2017 they drafted a 90-100 point 1C.
In 2018 they drafted the best d-man in the NHL this season
In 2019 they traded for a guy who's scored at a 91 point pace over 5 seasons for what has basically amounted to nothing

Makes it way easier to stomach the Podkolzin and Juolevi whiffs when you have picks and trades like that.

Honestly just give Zadorov and Pietrangelo statues outside of Crypto, who cares if they’ve never played a game for the Kings. Those two have shown more fight against the Oilers than the Kings collectively have over 3 series.

Vancouver showing everyone how to beat the Oilers. Skinner is big, but not very good. Brock Boeser just dominant. Good job by Silovs.
They haven't been able to stop Edmonton's PP, but they haven't given them that many PP opportunities, and they're scoring on some of their own PP's which helps balance things out.
