What a putrid club. Doesn't look at all like a first place club. Bad as the Preds are watching the Nucks isn't any joy. Watch Hughes masturbate the puck at the line all night or periphery occasionally sifting a shot pass to net. Nucks whole approach seems to be just puck at net and hope. Other than Miller no scoring skill in the bunch. Petey predictably lame in playoffs, we all knew he'd disappear.

Go away Jets. How bad does a team have to be defensively to have Hellbuck in net and still give up over 5goals a game. Jets attention to detail in series was laughable. Its as if they thought they could play pond hockey against the AV's. Poor discipline getting caught up ice, constant turnovers, giving oddman rushes. Not one game in the series did they limit anything. lol Villardi major penalty gets knocked down to not even a penalty. Apparently you can just hit and elbow a player in the face right off the faceoff, who doesn't have the puck. Villardi didn't even score a goal in series despite constant topline, constant topsix. Villardi -6 in last 4games of series. Villardi -3 in elimination game Looks about right. Not exactly a gem. One zone player Winnipeg got here. Even when he's in your lineup half the time.

lol that the Jets figured they shut put Toffoli up in third period of the elimination game. The guy that has scored more playoff goals than anybody on the Jets..They had him on bottomline. Jets get the special alltime dumb prize for having playoff Toffoli and not even using him properly all series. Finally move him up topsix in third and he scores a goal.

This is coaching firing stuff in Winnipeg.

Jets finished the season tied for 1st in GA. Kings were 3rd. The offensive power house teams like us and the Avs are winning the battle right now.

Thinking when we face the Avs it’s gotta be full on fire vs. fire. Both teams are going to get their cookies. Our guys have to out produce their guys. McD vs MacK. Drai vs. Rantanen. Hyman vs Nuke. Nuge vs. Lehkkonen. Bouch vs Makar.

True. But since Sissons is a Pred for Life I hoped they’d use it as a rallying cry. That was their only chance for the whole team to being firing on all cylinders playing for eachother like how they got into the playoffs. Let’s hope it holds and they win 3 straight after that blunder.

The Oilers are way better defensively and have been since KK has been around. The Jets give the puck away more in this one elimination game than we have all series. Was clownshow stuff from Jets. Scheifele -6, getting owned.

Kings are far better in defensive play than the Jets but have shit goaltending.
