Sure, I've heard of the College of St Rose. Of course I grew up just outside of Albany. They are a Division II school, so if you aren't local to that area there is no reason for you to know about them. I'm sure they are waiting for a settlement between the NHL team and the Army, and hoping they can get the same deal - most likely permission to continue using their current name and logo without being sued by the NHL team or having someone selling knockoff t-shirts outside their football games. Likely just protecting their current brand.
