HIFK has been one of the most exciting teams in Europe for a while now, what's the deal with their coach? I remember reading somewhere that he doesn't play much of a system but rather just practices skill work with his players and encourages them to create on their own. Is that accurate or too simplistic of an explanation? My Finnish isn't so good so anything you could tell me about him and the team would be great! Definitely seems like the kind of thinking we could use more of in North American hockey!
