This stuff is always tragic.I guess it hasn’t been mentioned in the thread yet so I’ll do my part. RIP former Blue Jay, Luis Valbuena (as well as former Major Leaguer Jose Castillo).
I still don't understand how removing bone spurs sidelines someone for an entire season. They must have insurance on Tulo. Anyway, he was having trouble with the bat two years ago and played no games last year. It's going to be a very tall order for Tulo to be any good. Defensively, he should be ok but that's about it. I think you're looking at a bench player which he has said he won't be along with not being willing to move off his position. I think we'd be looking at a last year of Jose as a Jay type numbers with a lower on baseIs anyone here of the belief that Tulo can contribute positively? I mean his body should be pretty well rested. Or is he for sure done?
