If you had to name an all time Team Canada team(one goalie, two defencemen and three fowards) who would it be?

I'm probably missing some people.

Goalie- Luongo
Defencemen-McCabe and Baumgartner
Forwards- Lindros Jeff Carter and Jason Allison

Anyone of those three you could agrue would be the best goalie for Canada. Also Fiset played great in 1990. Something that surprized me was that Jeff Carter is the only forward to make the all star team twice.
