Happy for Scott but kinda glad the Sharks didn't re-sign him because DW and the Sharks would be getting dragged through the mud like Maloney and the Coyotes right now for trading him. I'm pretty sure the league strong armed the Coyotes so if DW had defied the league and refused to trade him, the Sharks would have gotten screwed on the ice by the NHL mafia. It's a lose-lose situation for the Coyotes.
