Gentlemen,
First off, as previously hinted, we are not going to hold a formal all-star game this year and just keep the games going. That said the all-star balloting will occur so that teams get their applicable cash bonuses. Now here's the challenge ... part of the reason we have been so tardy in making decisions and doing some updates is that it seems almost everyone in the Admin Team is encountering heavy workloads in their various jobs (myself included) at the same time. We need a volunteer to take ownership of the voting process and compile the results.
Second the trade freeze of resigned UFA's from last reason is lifted effective tommorrow.
Finally as an FYI we are discussing FA signing changes to European born players over the age of 22. We expect to have a decision and details for this in the near future.
