Chicago just drafted Phillips, Yetman and Krutil this past year...in the later rounds. Are other AHL teams playing as many players from the same draft?

Powers ($): Blackhawks prospect Lukas Reichel's future is worth getting excited about

Cliffs: So many juicy nuggets, very positive article. Seems like we got the real McCoy. “This is something that it’s hard to teach,” Aubin (his coach) said. “You have it or you don’t. When he gets the puck and he gets going, like his skating is elite, and I’m talking like worldwide elite. He skates with the best in the world. So obviously, people are aware and they have a tendency to back down a bit. If you don’t, he’s smart. He’s not going to make those crazy turnovers. He’s going to make you pay for it."

6', 172 pounds now. Correction: ~180 pounds

That article is so good that I had to read it again. Reichel's ceiling is very high. He's destined to be an impact player. The only question is how large?

Sweet! How has he looked so far?

He's looked pretty solid. He factors into at least one scoring chance per game. Still finding his footing in the AHL, but he's had a positive impact. I'd expect to see more from him as he gets more comfortable.

He's definitely getting plenty of minutes. So, that should be good for him!

Nice thank you! How is his speed looking? If it's average compared to others, it's already good enough for me, since the rest of his game is so solid.
