I popped something in my shoulder today. Was carrying something when it happened. Doesn’t hurt so long as I don’t move it much. Taking off my shirt was a chore. I hold my arm out straight on my side and I cannot lift my arm more than a foot. Fee most of the pain at the joint to my arm. I have taken meds and iced it. Anyone have something similar to that happen to them? I am probably going to urgent care tomorrow
