[FIELDSET="QUOTES TO NOTE"]

It’s not like I’ve been playing here for five years or something. That was my first year and I want to come back and have a strong second year.
But to not be in camp and compete with all the guys, first of all, it’s not fun. So yeah, it was a little worrying.
But I knew as soon as I got healthy, I would get my chance to play, so that’s all you can do.
- Oscar Lindberg

It wasn’t our best game, but we had moments where we played really well and had a really strong third period that won us the game.
The way we played against the Caps it was such a good game from everyone. We wanted to come back here and get the two points.
- Henrik Lundqvist

You have to find ways in this league. In an 82-game schedule, it’s not going to be pretty every night, but you have to find ways to win.
- Alain Vigneault

That Bruins depth...woof

There are 4 players on that roster I have never heard of before. 5 if you count Mcintyre.

I know we're bad with backups, but what about backup backup backups?

Facing a team that got blown out 5-0 last night, so they'll likely come out with something to prove.

We're also facing their third( or is he their fourth?)-string goalie, so we'll likely get shutout 2-0 despite a dominate performance.

Textbook Rangers game.

Zane McIntyre? Who?

Gonna be happy to see good ol' Dom Moore back on the Garden ice.

Mcintyre has a ridiculous like .950+ sv% and sub .5 GAA. He has been HOT.

Edit: Yep .977 sv% and .44 GAA in 3 games played (in the AHL but still).

Boston gets walloped in their own barn last night by a decent Minnesota team. They're going with their minor league goalies. The more rested Rangers should win this.

To be fair, it didn't make sense to give Subban the start. McIntyre is clearly the hot goaltender. Subban was given the start out of him being the top prospect, not on the merit of who was playing better. I am worried that McIntyre is seeing everything right now and is going to have a typical back up goaltender performance against us.

4 names on the B's I've never heard of. So we're gonna need to score at least 5 to win this lol.
Like has been said, keep playing like we have been and there's no reason we don't take this.

Based on the Bruins getting pasted last night and the fact that they have a 4th string goalie playing at MSG this is by far the worst feeling I've had about a game this year.

no question its a loss tonight.

we will take 69 shots and miss the net 39 times

hit 5 posts and a crossbar

miss 5 open net slam dunks

go 0 for 5 on the pp

and henrik will handle the puck 1 time too many and that ends up in the back of the net

rick nash will try real hard and flub atleast one gimme.

kevin spicoli will look stoned.

dan girardi will look disabled

and al vigno will chew his gum with fervor.

1-0 loss incoming.

I think they need a practice where all they do is shoot at an open net. I have never seen a team botch so many of those consistently.
