Losing Filip hurts, and btw.....why does it seem that, when we get a substantial injury it is ALWAYS when a player is going real good? Is it my imagination OR is it that, if he's NOT going well and gets injured, you don't seem to care as much? IDK.

This will really put a lot of the we're playing well and should have a better record comments in clear view. Sabres have been doing the same thing. Eichel and Hall with one goal combined (but 13 points).

Will be a big test of the defensemen, and Miller especially. Buffalo swarms in the O-zone and puts a lot of pressure on defensemen.

OTOH, if there's one goaltending tandem in the league to snap out of a cold streak against it's ours--jk theirs

Soooo semi offtopic... I've been trying to watch the games via MSGGo and casting to a chromecast connected to my TV... it seems to die... a lot. Mid game an ad will just start playing or the game will stop casting.

This doesn't seem to happen when I watch MSGGo via a computer or phone, only when I cast via the chromecast.

Also, I've tried 2 different models of chromecast. A chromecast ultra (connected via ethernet) and a chromecast with google tv (wifi).

Was wondering if anyone else had this issue.

Quinn doesn’t know what he’s doin. I’ve never concealed my disappointment with last season’s and Kakko as well as his performance the first few games. But he has looked like a 1RW the past few games — at least relative to the other RWs on this team. And why is 13 on the right again?

Quinn is the Frank Lampard of hockey. Plays striker Werner on LW for the first time in his life. Relegates top talents to the bench. Overperformed his first year. His true ineptitude became glaring this season and led to his dismissal this week. I can only hope the same fortune is in order for Quinn.

Rob Ray is a dick. I’m just glad we have Avery to yap at him snd Ulfie to hit the hell out of him. I believe the term would be anachrophilia.

Afinogenov was my dude in (I think) NHL 03. One of those sports games where there were a ton of attributes, but really there was just a speed attribute.

I'd like to see Lindgren get on track and be really difficult to play against tonight. He's been off. The own goal didn't help and I thought I saw Mika yapping at him between periods the other night. If Georgiev keeps the Rangers calm and Lindgren and Smith keep the Sabres on edge, the boys should get the two points tonight. We just need somebody up front to take control of this team and lead the way.
