Play simple. Shoot on net, not at the crest, be ready for rebounds. Going for tips isn't working. Missing too many rebound chances

We're one on one with the goalie too often. No screens, nobody in position for the rebounds, just the shooter and goalie who is on his game (shot location matters here).
