Their top six is going to eat everyone up besides Fox/Lindgren.

Need a huge game from our forwards, it feels like this game will be a ‘who can score more’ type game…unless Igor has a phenomenal game.

Panarin will be telling everyone to run-and-gun with the Leafs. It'll be fatal.

id start with

laf-Zibby-Kreider
Panarin-Chytil-Blais
Goodrow-Barron-Gauthier
Hunt-Rooney-Reaves
Lindgren-Fox
Miller-Trouba
Nemeth-Lundkvist
Shesty

then he can move Blais/Goodrow/Gauthier around if the lines don’t jive.
I’d wager if Gauthier gets a shift with Panarin he probably scores a goal.
Curious to see Chytil/Panarin or Barron/ Panarin combo as well.
Very happy Barron is up and LaF is on PP1

Correct. 100% not the team to try it with. Even their bottom six has enough skill.

This game legitimately is a huge test for Gallant more than anyone, he’s going to need to out coach Keefe here. The talent side of the game leans slightly towards Toronto, and skill set wise I don’t think we match up that well with them. Going to be interesting.

Matthews is back in the lineup and is at 199 goals. You can book him for at least one

I also have a bad feeling that Georgiev is starting because of his past performances against the Leafs and because Gallant said we’ll find out who’s starting at game time. .929 save percentage vs Leafs for Georgiev

Lastly, looks like Barron is on the 4th line with Rooney moving up to 3C and Goodrow in Kakko’s spot. Would rather we tried Barron at 2C with Panarin because I still don’t think Panarin-Chytil works. Spread some offense out
