Dog days of summer so I thought this would be a good time to try to put this together.

Just picked Patrick 2nd obviously and with a ton of new faces both already on the team and ready to debut in '17 it feels like the beginning of a new era for the franchise.

25 is also a tidy number so of course there's that as well.

Spanning the beginning of the Lindros era (give or take) til now which players make up the board's consensus for best of the last 25 years? I added goalies as well because I want a hard and fast and more or less "definitive" list.

Use your own criteria for your decision and after you vote if you feel like it post who you voted for and why.

*The way I've been voting is how the player in question played:
-FOR (only) the Flyers and
-DURING the window in question (Oct. of 1992- April of 2017) / Last 25 Years

Thanks all.

*We're starting to get down towards the slightly more obscure names so if there is anyone who you might vote for down the line that you dont see up here let me know so I can add them*

Winner of Poll #22 is: Knuble, Mike.

******My apologies. The new system only caps the poll choices at 20 so that's the reason for the lack of options. I tried to put the guys most likely to be voted into the last few spots but if there is someone you think deserves to be here let me know and i'll take note.
Mods can you inquire as to the possibility of this being changed to a similiar set-up as before? Thanks in advance.

Should be Cechmanek, Mason, then Kapanen last imo. I wanted Streit to make it but looking at the list all those guys deserve to be ahead of him

I voted for Mason. 3rd best goalie in team history. Yeah, it was only 4 seasons, but I feel like that should count for something.

I cant vote for Cechmanek considering he flamed out of the playoffs 3 straight seasons.

Your opinion is valid but then what exactly did Mason do then to deserve to be ahead of him?

Its not like you can say Mason was a postseason warrior while he was here. He was excellent in 2014 and average to slightly below average in 2016.

We're knocking Cechmanek for playoff failures but Mase's playoff exploits dont stand out really and Cechmanek was a better regular season goalie so im at loss with that line of thinking

I wouldn't vote for Chech-maniac either... because of how he showed up his teammates on the Ice... but TBF, the PostSeason losses were not on him; one of the Ottawa Series he had to shut them out to get the single win... they didn't score for him in the PlayOffs... I'd take Mason and Boosh over him though.
