[FIELDSET="QUOTES TO NOTE"]

It was one of those games where we were horse****. It was embarrassing. It was all of us.
We win as a team and lose as a team and we really lost this as a team. It’s important we address this.
Maybe it’s good that this happened now to remind us that if we don’t compete and work hard, then we’re not going to win games.
- Mats Zuccarello

Right now, I'm just focusing on myself and I know I got away from a couple things that I need to do good against this team.
Obviously awareness, Penguins play a lot side-to-side, and when you’re not aware of players, the game becomes pretty tough.
- Henrik Lundqvist

Very difficult to explain. There's no doubt we disappointed ourselves tonight and disappointed our fans.
I thought we had played a pretty strong first period, killed off some penalties. Had some good looks early on in the second, and then the game got away from us.
- Alain Vigneault

Going to miss this one. Here's to hoping the computer at work lets me watch it ! Expecting a big bounce back. 7-1 rangers. Giroux with their only goal.

7pm hockey start for Norwegians. Good times

Also known as: "force hockey on your loved ones" time.

What are we doing tonight honey?
- Watching Zucc!

Haha, grats. Must feel great to watch it at a normal hour! You guys are more dedicated than I could ever be. 10pm West Coast games annoy me enough!

I love the matinee games and I know they are fun for you guys since it's not like 4am in the morning. You guys are 8 hours ahead of EST?

6 hours ahead, and 5 hours ahead for 3 weeks in March and 1 week in November (DST). The regular 7 PM starts are 1 AM for us.

I like it. I can actually watch a game without waking the neighbours. Although my neighbours care more about that than I do ;)

Will be at the game with two of my buds all of us Ranger fans tho we live here near Philly and I'll be donning proudly my blue Messier #11 jersey. I promise I won't let us lose fellas...all good....hah

In all seriousness, I have not a doubt in my mind the boys will come out with one purpose and one purpose only. Show that what happened Wednesday was a blip on the radar screen. Flyers really aren't all that good...very mediocre club with a VERY shaky defensive corps. Yes they have a pretty decent offense but we usually have their # when we play them on the road at Wells Fargo.

Don't have the stats for it at tip of my fingers maybe one of y'all could look it up but I'd venture to say that in past 5-6 years, we've won 80% maybe even 90% of the games played at Wells Fargo. We really have owned them. Looking forward to an impressive win and I fully expect Hanky to be between the pipes and show us all why he is still one of the top goalies in the league and shut up for at least one game some of his detractors here on our board....:)

Meh...I got inspired and checked the season record for us vs Flyers at Wells Fargo and I apparently was thinking of another team we've dominated. In the interests of full disclosure, I'm a bit off of that 80-90% win stat. We are 8-6 since 2011 vs them at their barn. That doesn't change my thought process that we will beat them this afternoon but just wanted to give accurate information. I think we win 4-1 tomorrow and in impressive fashion. Can't wait to go to the game

Does NBC Live Extra or whatever the app is stream games? Hoping I can pull it up on my phone at work.

Yeah they usually do. Its listed in their upcoming events for today so I suspect you could stream it.

Wish I could watch. I'm out doing Toys 4 Tots shopping with my parents today, so unlikely to catch any time.

Hope Puempel and Vesey get one today.
