How many ways can I be frustrated tonight? I fully expect Nashville to break out of their goal scoring slump and the Sabres to hit 5 posts. 4-1 Nashville.

Nashville gets a goal within the first minute of the game and scores 5 more in a 6-1 win.

This boards reaches its boiling point. Calls for Bylsma to be fired, wants Eichel sitting for a few games. Even though Risto is on the ice for 4 of the goals, the blame will be squarely on Gorges who gets thrown in the doghouse. Gionta will further be criticized for his ice time even though he somehow will be a +1 for the night.

Hodgson will score 1 goal and get 2 assists

Nashville breaks their scoring slump, scoring 3 goals, including goals in the first 2 minutes and the GWG in the last 2 minutes to win 3-2. Eichel hits 3 posts and Gionta and Moulson score our goals. Oh and the GWG is scored by who else but.....Filip Forsberg, oh, but assisted by Hodgson of course.

I'd like to flip Foligno and Moulson. Foligno adds more grit to the top line and has looked pretty good on ROR's wing earlier, and Moulson re-unites with Larsson and Ennis. That line looked good late last year and maybe re-uniting them can get their scoring going.

(Yes yes, in a perfect world we could remove Gionta from the top line but we all know that's not an option.) ;)

If i had to speculate, i'd say he never fully recovered from the initial injury and aggravated it.
Well, that's not what Bylsma said yesterday:
Bylsma said that Kane’s current injury is completely unrelated to the injury to his MCL that forced him to miss 10 games from Oct. 24 to Nov. 19. The forward has played in three games since returning from the injury.

“He is day-to-day,†Bylsma said. “If we were in football, I’d say ‘probable.’â€

Didn't attend a game all year. Went Monday, going to today and Fridays game. Really hope we can win the next two after outplaying the Blues again on Monday and losing to puck luck.

Nashville wins. We will get shutout or get one goal from one of our plugs. This lack of offense is ****ing inexcusable. I don't care about Kane's work ethic, physicality, possession or speed. 1 goal so far in the amount of games he's played is a ****ing JOKE. You would think just by luck he would have a lucky goal or two more. But he doesn't click with anyone and he really is a black hole on offense. Not at all worried about how to keep him in 3 years when his deal is up, more worried about how close we can get to recoup Stafford, Armia, Lemieux and a 1st in a trade in a few years at the TDL.

So when the team was playing pretty good Hockey with incredible metrics the lines were getting shifted EVERY PERIOD. Now the team can't win at all and the advanced stats are starting to regress and Byslma chooses to keep lines the way they are. Specifically the 1st line. We haven't won since it was put together and yet Bylsma chooses to roll with it. Switch it up when things are going good and keep it the same when nothing is going well is Bylsma's logic apparently.
