14 year old American to City.

It is now being reported he will sign a homegrown deal (the largest in league history) with Philadelphia and immediately have a deal in place to be sold to City when he turns 18. Probably the best option all things considered. Fee from Manchester City to Philadelphia is 2 million, potentially rising to 5 million, and Philadelphia has a sizeable sell on clause.

Lacroix is being linked to Milan & Juve, with Juve reportedly favorites to sign him.

Frankfurt seem to have secured Can Uzun

Who would captain Chelsea in that case?
It would be Chilwell since he's the current vice-captain. Gallagher is captain so often because both James and Chilwell are injured.

No idea who would actually wear it most games though.

Who's risking a hefty transfer fee on James? Great player, but he's injured more often than Dembele.

Gallagher should be the captain if he leaves.
United licking their lips.

But Chelsea will probably launder like Kepa and Broja to the Saudi League and call it a day

Don't want to point fingers but...
Demebele was not injured before Barca nor after.

That's what happens when you spend a bajillion dollars and amortize it over 8 years on players that largely don't work out. Sure you get a lot to spend up front, but it can really hang an anchor around you for years to come until you're able to write off enough of the fees to be able to sell at a profit or at least at a breakeven.

You say that like it matters what you spend your money on, just keep spending and it'll work out eventually.

Well clearly this is backfiring now if they have no other option other than to sell Gallagher.

Sure, he's not a gamebreaker but he's an excellent player with lots of years left. And unless he goes to another league (seems unlikely), he'll be going to a direct rival.

Writing was sort of always on the wall there though. You don't sign 250 million worth of players in a position just to stick with the guy you already had. Whether they just mis-assessed his quality initially or just thought these guys were going to be better...or that they could maybe loan their way out of it... 🤷‍♂️

U21 forward Nick Woltemade has reportedly already signed on to join Stuttgart next season. The 2 meter man is available on a free and has surprising skill for a giant.

Werder also seem poised to lose the currently on loan at Heidenheim Eren Dinkçi, with Freiburg reportedly favorites to land the 6'2" speedster.

As a Milan fan, I hope It is. He has been injury plagued and hasn’t been the same player he was the last few years. Cash in on him while value is still high and reinvest. He could easily be replaced for half that value in my opinion

Despite interest from the EPL & Serie A, there's optimism that we'll be able to hold onto Doekhi. Guess that means he's seriously considering our extension offer, cause he has just 1 year left after this one on his current contract.
