This is similar to 2019/20 City. That season the midfield was constantly emptied by Guardiola which worsened their overall control on games and gave the opposition chances. Stop with the galaxy brain shit and don’t empty the midfield. Fernandinho plays alone in the midfield with Grealish and Gündogan used stupidly wide and high for no reason at all.

They played a 3241 shape on the ball and 442 shape off the ball last season. Was so good. No reason to change but that’s just what Pep does. He really always loses when I want him to win.
