I get that reflexively booing Bettman is almost a tradition for NHL fans, but that's pretty tacky.

It makes sense if/when Minnesota fans boo Bettman. There's history there behind it. Vegas? Yeah... no.

Good for the Capitals. When thinking that if the Wild had only made it past Winnipeg they would have then faced Nashville and Las Vegas, two teams they seemed to fare just fine against, it was nice to see it wouldn't have mattered because holy shit does this team let the Capitals dance up on their faces like Snoopy finding Lucy completely paralyzed at a driving range.

Interviewing Ovechkin was pretty hilarious. May as well have busted out the Scrabble board and tried to get a game going. Just bear hug that nerd until his ovaries blush, Ovi. It's ok.

This was the year for the Capitals to get it done. The Pens were a weaker team and Tampa played to lose.

Still, a great run by the Knights and this might make them even more hungry next year.

There are videos of Ovy with the Cup at MGM going to the Tiesto concert lol. I can only imagine the money that was spent that night by the team before they got on a jet to go back home.
