- Sedins are likely to stay in Vancouver, but if I get an offer that can contribute something useful to our future, I might consider moving them.
- Vanek, Gudbranson and all other UFA's available for the top offer.
- Baesrtschi's future is undecided. Likely keeping him but if we get an offer with a good D prospect in it we might consider trading him.
- One of Markstrom / Nilsson can be had for a relatively low price. Don't want a goalie back unless it's an AHLer as need to make room for Demko.
- My defense needs an overhaul / retool for the future. Tanev, Edler, Del Zotto and maybe Hutton can all be had.

Looking for picks, prospects (preferably D) and young NHLers.

Trade Talk
The Ducks will likely stay quiet on the trade front, not looking to move any major names or take on any large salaries. Flexibility will be retained in both the forward and defense group to allow for battles between young players for roster spots, with the possibility of adding rentals later in the season. Going to keep a sizable buffer of cap space, to allow for rental adds later in the season, but also to allocate for a big raise to Gibson next summer, as well as raises to Silfverberg and likely Henrique at that time. Feel free to ask about depth guys and such, but not intending to move any core pieces including top prospects. Perhaps interested in draft move up and down scenarios.
