Yup. He turns 23 by the end of next year.

He damn well should be in the NHL by then. It'll be 5 years since his draft.

5-on-5 too, at least offensively. There is still room for growth, which is why it is not devastating that he's having to spend another year, but I think the 5-on-5 issues are being overblown. He was still very good at 5-on-5, especially since he went up against the top lines all of the time.
