Rykov had a solid WJC as an 18 yr old as well. Plus has played pro in the KHL at 19 yrs old, put up .5 ppg in the MHL as an 18 yr old, was a captain at the U18 WJC, was near .5 ppg while wearing an A as a 17 yr old in the MHL.

And he is listed at 6'2" 216.

I think there is a fair argument here.
