I missed this somehow.

From now on, a failed offside challenge will result in a two-minute penalty against the club asking for the review.

I hate the rule. This should significantly reduce the challenges. Why not eliminate it altogether? Here is an interesting take:

Sure, coaches are really going to use it and risk adding another goal? The NHL doesn't seem like they really think these things through.
