He has excellent command and location on his fastball and with the mph difference from his changeup, he makes it look like a 95mph fastball

maybe, but I think it's more. It wouldn't produce so much swing-and-miss if it was just that imo. Major leaguers see plenty of guys that change speed, it's not some impossible to solve riddle for them anymore

I think it must have some float to it or something. When buck mentioned a while back he is near top of the league at spin-rate I wondered if maybe it makes his ball float. Or just hard to pick up or something..
