Since then they've progressively outlawed tackling ballcarriers by the shoulderpads and even the top of the jersey down to where the hair falls. There's no reason it should be legal as "part of the uniform" to tackle by the hair when that part of the uniform is now off limits. It's stupid.

I really hate McVay's 3rd and short play calls. Been an issue for quite a while now. Either put faith in the run game that has been gashing the Eagles or run a play that isn't dead if the first option isn't available. Of course it doesn't help that Cousins keeps drifting backwards, completely takes the run threat out.
