Should be Martin easily. He's the last of our 'B' level prospects IMO.

Next one will be tough. Probably should be Mironov based on skill/potential but with him in the KHL and perhaps not even being interested in NHL, he's easy to overlook.

Kinda how I see it. Grimaldi may not ever do much for this team, but his impact has a much greater chance of happening IMO.

I'll probably add two to the next poll so if y'all want to suggest two (or add another) go ahead and do that. I'm going to vote Anderson and Barron.

Mironov is tough to sort with the other bottom pairing defensemen group. Geertsen, Boikov, Siemens. He's the safest bet to be that player at the NHL level but the uncertainty of him ever coming over kinda erases that safety. If he had a higher ceiling then it would be easier to rank him higher as a risk/reward type. None of them had a particularly strong season except Boikov. I'll be interested to see how that group ends up ranked. I'll probably go Nantel next before voting on them. He finished strong, looked really good at camp and is ready for pro hockey. I know Grimaldi will probably be called up at some point and will be useful in some capacity, I just don't see much future with this org for him. It's tough for me to place AHLers. I mean I think Elson is going to get a callup and have use too, his size and type of game might have a better chance of sticking around so to me those two should be ranked closer.

Voted Martin again. Add Seimens and Anderson.

Agree on Mironov. He should be next but that new contract his hurting his ranking quite a bit for me. I'll be going with Nantel as well then I think I'll go Boikov, Seimens, Geertsen and Clurman (although I think Clurman will be a big riser this year).

I'll be surprised if Mironov comes over and Grimaldi a career ahler(Elson will have a bigger impact for the Avs). Next 2 should be Nantel+Geertsen

This is now the 8th or 9th time I'm voting for Martin in the last two years

I agree about Nantel after Martin. But I dunno about Geertsen-Boikov-Clurman. I like both Geertsen & Boikov similarly; while Clurman has the potential argument going in his favor in this set.

Add Barron and...f*** it, Petryk's technical a prospect now that he has an ELC, right?

Martin for me here. I prefer Martin over Morrison, Beaudin, and Greer personally.

Mironov should fill out the Top 10 just because of the skill/potential he possesses. Even if he may not come over to North America.

Also, I would add Barron and Anderson.

Elson, Compher (if he's in the AHL), Grimaldi and Sislo will be the top-4 call up options I feel. O'Brien could sneak in there too.

That's a MUCH better group than it's ever been.
