I attempted to save you some work by making my own, but sadly ran into some issues with the quality when trying to get it below 20kb and the animation timing. Appreciate any help, this is what I used...

When working with rectangular images going to a square and resizing, crop the image first at full size in to a square (doesn't have to be perfect, a few pixels off one way won't matter) and then size down. It will eliminate the squishing effect.

I do not understand. I have never seen another number besides #2 pencil. Do they mean mechanical pencil I guess?
