According to the AHL transaction page (link below) Providence has signed Wayne Simpson, RW, and Jordan Szwarz, RW, to SPCs. They were on PTOs but were released from those.

The six-foot-three, 200-pounder had an assist in two games with the ECHL’s Brampton Beast so far this season.

Fronk, 22, played in one game with the Moose this season, registering two shots on goal. The Louny, Czech Republic native also played four games with the Moose’s ECHL affiliate Tulsa Oilers, tallying four goals. Last season, Fronk played 33 games for Manitoba and totaled eight points (6G, 2A). He also suited up for five games for Tulsa in 2015-16, picking up two points (1G, 1A).

According to the AHL's transaction page Bridgeport's Aaron Berisha was released from his SPC. He was playing for Missouri at the time of his recall and release.
Don't know what happened but would he be moving to the CIS?

Samuels-Thomas, 26 (5/28/90), has scored 2-0=2 points with two penalty minutes (PIM) and a +4 rating in four appearances with San Diego this season after he signed a professional tryout (PTO) on Nov. 10. The 6-4, 210-pound forward scored goals in his first two appearances with the Gulls, including one in his debut with the club on Nov. 11 vs. Manitoba and San Diego’s lone shorthanded goal of the season on Nov. 12 vs. Manitoba.

The Binghamton Senators announced today that the club has signed forward Jason Akeson to an AHL contract.
Akeson, 26, returns to the B-Sens after playing in 17 games this year for the Kontinental Hockey League’s Vladivostok Admiral. The forward came to Binghamton in a seven-player trade with the Rochester Americans last season and scored 22 points (5 goals, 17 assists) in the final 21 games of the season.
Akeson has appeared in 15 NHL games with the Philadelphia Flyers and scored his only NHL goal on his first shot. In 338 AHL games throughout his career, Akeson has 94 goals and 183 assists.
The San Diego Gulls announced today that the American Hockey League (AHL) club has signed right wing Austen Brassard to a one-year contract. Per club policy, no financial terms of the deal were disclosed.
Brassard, 23 (1/14/93), has earned 1-1=2 points with 4 penalty minutes (PIM) and a +2 rating in 7 appearances with San Diego.
Fram is liking pursing the CIS route. He actually committed to the University of Alberta last summer.

He initially signed a Professional Tryout (PTO) in October and has played 16 games with the Sound Tigers this season.
Landry, 33, currently ranks second on the club’s roster in scoring among defensemen. He notched eight points (one goal, seven assists) in his first 16 games and also leads all Bridgeport players with a plus-13 rating.

After leaving Lulea HF of the Swedish Hockey League, the Amerks signed Kennedy to an AHL contract over the weekend.
The contract, Murray said, triggered the AHL waiver process, and Kennedy was claimed by the Checkers, the Carolina Hurricanes’ affiliate.“Charlotte has since transferred his contract back to our organization,” Murray said in a statement.
“We’re are happy to have Tim join the Amerks and look forward to his contributions this season.”Kennedy, 30, compiled two goals and four points in 18 games in Sweden this season. The forward spent last season in the KHL, splitting time between a Russian club and Jokerit, a team in Helsinki, Finland.
Kennedy has played 162 NHL games, including 79 with the Sabres. He spent all of 2009-10 with the team.
