Series was lost in game 2. Jays gave the Royals too many opps and failed to cash in their own. Very disheartening.

Definitely wasnt the umps fault but geesh the last two batters both had those high and inside pitches called strikes. Some embarrassing umpiring this post season.

Jays shot themselves in the foot multiple times by leaving runners on. It's been the story the entire series.

Hell of a season either way.

I'm still proud of this team. Gave me more than I ever dreamed of. Love my Blue Jays. No matter what.

Umpires were not the reason why we lost.

We lost because only Jose Bautista apparently knows how to drive in runs.

That said... **** this ump. 2 on, 1 out, 1 run elimination game, and you call those strikes? He had been calling the high and outside pitch all-game, but not that high and not that outside. Especially the Revere one which was a country mile from the plate and changed the entire at-bat.

You have a guy on 2nd and 3rd base with 0 outs, you absolutely had to capitalize on that kind of opportunity. The loss is completely on the Jays, you can't expect to win when you keep squandering scoring opportunities.

This is depressing......But we deserved to lose 0-11 with runners in scoring position. We never got it done.

That 2-1 call on revere though........

Jays beat themselves this series. That botched play in Game 2, so many players left in scoring position, our BP was garbage. You can blame the umps and shoddy calls all you want but at the end of the day the Royals got clutch hits and the Jays didn't.

Cheer up guys we were very close to the WS. At least we didn't get embarrassed like the Cubs lol.

Umps screwed us. We should have scored more with the RISP, but the umps were the difference.

3-1 is different than 2-2.

Nope. Just be proud of the season and tip your cap to the Royals who are a great team and will probably win the series in 5.

I don't understand using Navarro as a pinch hitter

and Going could bunt a squeeze with Pillar at 3rd if he failed

I think going 0 for 13 or 15 or whatever it with RISP made more of a difference than two calls that didn't even directly lead to an out...

Could have been totally different. It could have no been an 0-fer if it wasn't that count.

That's an embarrassment from the MLB. Blatant screw job.... Like at least try and hide it a bit? Just downright embarrassing.

You shouldn't be mad at the ump on the balls and strikes with the Revere at bat.

The Jays lost when they let game 2 slip away. They lost when they stranded a million runners throughout the series, they lost when they were striking out with long loopy swings trying to hit HR's with the bases clogged up with runners in scoring position. This series was lost long before that AB.
