Denmark entered the 2014 IIHF U18 World Championship with little hope of avoiding the relegation round, and that is how their tournament has unfolded so far. The Danes have completed their preliminary round slate, losing all four games while being outscored 25-5 in those games.
One of the players on the Denmark squad getting his first taste of U18 World Junior play is forward Alexander True. The 16-year-old has produced a goal for a Danish squad that hasn't produced much offense at this tournament, but he is also sporting a -9 rating which is the lowest on the Danish squad to this point in the tournament.… read more
