2013 Season Tickets and GDT Schedule Thread (Rules in Post #1)

The rules for selling or advertising your tickets on this board are as follows:

1) Clearly state the amount of tickets, type of tickets, seating etc.

2) Every post advertising tickets MUST have the original ticket price included in the post. NO markups are allowed.

3) Any post which lacks a price or fails to list the correct original ticket price will be deleted. Repeat offenses will result in infractions and threadbans.

4) Please do not repeat/spam your listing.

If you'd like to reserve the right to do the GDT for a certain game, post it in here. If the GDT is not up by at least 1 hour before puck drop, you will lose your turn at making the GDT

I've decided to merge the ticket and GDT schedule thread since neither one saw a crazy amount of action on it's own and it cuts down on the number of sticky threads.

The official 2013 season ticket thread (First 2 games on sale Sunday at noon!)

While I don't plan on paying a cent for any tickets this season, I am sure other Hab fans probably will want to.

So... here. Talk about tickets and stuff in this thread.

I believe the tickets already went on sale in September(packages) so I'm not sure how it will work but I assume all the people that purchased packages will have 1st choice. Call the Bell Center box office and see if you can get any news

I just did and they said approx friday or saturday for individual/single game tickets

I had bought a package with some friends in September, we haven't heard anything yet. I guess if they keep the same schedule our tickets will still be good.

We have 10 x business season tickets at work and they didn't even send an email about the end of the lockout yet.

Geoff Molson sent me one on Sunday at 10:27am with the subject line -

"IMPORTANT MESSAGE – Agreement in principle between the NHL and the NHLPA"


Dear fan,

The day we were all waiting for has finally arrived!

I am pleased to inform you that the National Hockey League and the Players Association have reached an agreement in principle on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement. In the coming days, the new deal will be subject to a vote of approval from both the players and the team owners. We are very optimistic and enthusiastic about welcoming our players and our fans back to the Bell Centre in the near future.

We believe that the combined efforts of the League and the Players will ensure that the activities of the NHL resume on a solid foundation for the long-term.

On behalf of the entire Montreal Canadiens organization, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, once again, for your support and understanding during this very difficult period. We are truly privileged to count on our passionate fans. At our end, we are already looking forward to devoting all our energies in preparing for the upcoming season.

I am heading up to Montreal on Superbowl Weekend, it's an annual thing for me....hoping to score some tickets, and still hopeful they are playing 2 home games that weekend!!

Still no news for me about the season tickets. I guess when the scheduled is out we will know.

My season ticket rep ( im on the waiting list) told me if the date and opponent remain the same the tickets will be valid.
If either change new tickets will be sold.

Sales by Internet only. The virtual waiting room will be opened as of 11:30 a.m. Maximum of 6 tickets per person


ON-SALE #2: Sunday. January 20 at noon
On-sale for all other games

and i want to clarify to the admins here i will be selling at cost wich is tickets price plus fees plus taxes plus delivery just like buying them online. no profits

I wonder if it'll be easier to buy tickets this year, due to people refusing buy, or harder due to people missing the game. I suppose we'll see.

For me i try the first one, want to bring my girlfriend to her first hockey game. And I miss the game.

Until they watch a game that the habs are losing 3-2 with 2 minutes to go and Price makes an unbelivable save and Subban will get out of the zone and tie it up to make it 3-3 and then win in OT.

People will change their minds very quickly, just like the last time. This is an hockey town, there's no denying it.
