They have been largely inactive this season and looking to keep the league fully active. Other than them it is a very active league that's been going for almost 10 years now. I have attached the league settings and rosters for the 2 teams. There are 23 keeper players each year out of 26 active roster spots, and a 3 round draft every year to fill back up to 26.
