Hopefully as soon as possible but, obviously, when I’m away that long I need some good practices and today was really my first one. So we’ll see how it goes tonight and then go back at it the next practice day.
I felt pretty good actually, better than I thought I would feel. I kept up but there’s still some work that needs to be done.
I think right now I’m just following the doctor’s plans and the trainers, been following it this long so there’s no point going off course.
- Rick Nash

That’s the world I live in as a goalie. You make a mistake…you can make 20 good things and one bad thing and you only talk about the bad thing you do out there.
But at the same time, when I can have game where I make mistakes and win game and people think I played well. That’s my world, that’s a goalie’s world, you just have to accept it.
- Henrik Lundqvist

I’ve heard from a number of sources about the Montreal saga. I wasn’t here in the past so I don’t believe in a lot of that stuff.
Whatever happened, last year, two years, five years ago, seven years ago, has absolutely no relevance to the game that’s going to be played on Saturday.
- Alain Vigneault

Don't even know why I'm going to watch this one

We could dress Moses in all 20 active roster spots tomorrow and still lose.

(inb4 terrible parting the seas or 'passing over' shots jokes)

I'm not a big fan of MDZ, but this is not the game that I'd sit him for Falk. Falk is big and slow. MTL is small and fast. Add to the fact Falk hasn't played recently, and MTL forwards might be buzzing all around him like mosquitos with a purpose.

I'm generally about as optimistic as they come...but I'm trying to come up with a reason to actually watch this one. Any chance a Hockey Night in Canada in Montreal is NOT a house of horrors? lol

I'm not going to make any projections because Ranger games in Montréal seem to exist in a separate universe, where no regular rules or trends apply.

Just win, please, for once. Just win!

looking forward to screaming at Briere's rat face tonight. just hope he doesn't show up, because he's dangerous vs Hank. can we at least come CLOSE to winning tonight?? i know it's Hab country, but come on. it's been forever.

LGR :yo:

edit: oh, Talbot's in tonight??? good choice, staff. now we stand more of a chance, because we all know how Henrik plays in Montreal...

smh , Henke expects to be highest paid goalie in league and he constantly ducks the Bell Centre .
Whether it's the coaches decision or not that's not what I want going forward at a cap crippling 8 m for an aging net minder on a perennial bubble team .
That sing said would love to see Cam step up and give the boys a chance and maybe just maybe they play some physical and inspired hockey . Hoping CK knocks PK and his butt early and often

Yeah. Because the rest of the team always plays so well at Bell!
