NOVEMBER SCHEDULE:

QUOTES TO NOTE:

Early on, I was forcing things and trying to play outside of my game and make things happen.
Because maybe my game wasn’t going as well as I would have liked.
- Kevin Shattenkirk

I feel like these last two games, we have had more structure.
It’s easier to read situations when we’re in the right place. So it definitely helps.
- Henrik Lundqvist

These could have been two of the stronger games Miller has played so far this year.
We need him to be a force. He’s got tons of potential and he’s a veteran player.
We need him to play like a true veteran and a true leader on this team.
- Alain Vigneault

Going to be a tough one, but play like they did against Tampa, think they have a good shot here.

I predict a 5 games losing streak in the next 6 games, but we will see though. A rough schedule vs good hockey teams. :)

If they win tonight they may have truly turned a corner.

That said Im with Ori, this team can't be trust and I wouldn't be at all surprised if they dropped 4 straight from here on out.

Real tough test for this club tonight, however I actually think equal pressure is on the Jackets to come out with the W.

Can Hank steal us a game tonight?

Someone help me here...I read AV’s quote about Miller. Then I look through the team leaders and Miller is tied for the lead in points and killing it on faceoffs. Then I see the lineup and Miller is on the 3rd line with Vesey and Desharnais. I’m sensing a disconnect between AV’s words and actions.

JT Miller is like the red-headed step child of AV.

Streak against ex-Rangers continues.

Been saying all along that Miller is being wasted on the third line.

Shattenkirk needs to cut it down with the Penalties, other than that a PPG defenseman is exactly what the doctor ordered for our squad.
I would like to see Staal-Smith as our 3rd shutdown pairing, and I think compared to Girardi, Kampfer is actually a better fit for our club, we need Deangelo or Pionk instead of Kampfer though.

I think Zuccarello-Chytil-Buchnevich would be a beast of a line with
Kreider-Miller-Nasher as our top 6. But I love KZB so wouldn't wanna break them up just yet.

AV is here to coach and chew bubble gum. And he's all out of bubble gum.
