The next 5 (below the line), are eligible to be moved up to be put on the next poll. If any two are tied in bottom portion, I'll just move them up, and later on pare down the list when it gets too big.

We can tweak the process if it merits such.

This is to encourage discussion comparing prospects to each other, citing a drop in talent, etc. Especially for those of us less fortunate to see them for ourselves. It is not supposed to be a mock draft, so just pick the players you like.

First of all, this is a draft board (in other words, a ranking) not a mock draft. Second of all we're on #4. Third of all, Reinhart is being voted on to make the next group of eligible prospects to vote for at #5. Everyone above the line is eligible to be ranked at the moment. Everyone under the line is competing to be rank eligible. We aren't voting on who is ranked 5th prematurely. So...wow indeed.

A bit surprised you didn't complain that Dumba, Rielly, Forsberg, and Trouba weren't eligible to be picked by the Leafs.
