He's being seriously underrated here.

I don't see much in Gaunce either, seems like he's only rated that high because... well there has to be a North American forward picked in the top 25 or this isn't an NHL draft

I think him being ranked that high is based more on team need than skill level or projected skill level.

he's rated that high because he's a big center....around 6'2" and 200 pounds, more so than him being a North American. he's probably similar to Mark McNeill of the Blackhawks....both big centers with an upside of 2nd line center, but probably the talent level of a 3rd line center?
