[FIELDSET="QUOTES TO NOTE"]

It’s all about confidence. It’s nice to be relied on. It’s a lot different from last year.
But that was my mentality over the summer and coming to camp to make it different. It’s worked so far.
- Kevin Hayes

I think we have so many different players who we can rely on to make the difference.
Just to find the way to win is big.
- Henrik Lundqvist

I felt the need to shorten the bench with about 7 minutes to go in the second and I thought the other nine had a little more jump and better execution.
It wasn’t our best but I thought it was a character win. We were down by a goal three times and were able to come back and win.
- Alain Vigneault

Chara is going to get awfully exposed tonight.

@PurpleHayes, Ask everyone to hold off until after the game! (No really, congratulations!)

Imo Chara has been very weak for 2 years now, he's one of those "dinasaurs" that can be beaten with regularity, especially with OUR SPEED! Boston just swept a road trip and coming home only having played 3 home games thus far. That usually spells trouble 1st home game after a trip.

Boston Players happy to be home so they could "get some" and may not be focused.

Rask will have to stand on his head for us to NOT come away with 2 points. Really would like to see STEPS and BUCH get off the schneid already.

Buchnevich will get a bunch, once he gets his 1st out of the way. Too much pressure.

Rangers 5, (our usual) , baby boo boo Bruins 2.

Vesey and K Hayes hat tricks tonight. Or maybe just one goal each. Good ol' Boston boys.

The big challenge will be Rask. He's playing very well this season. We also don't play well at the TD Garden, so there's that.

I still believe that in terms of natural ability Rask is a top 3 goaltender in the league with Fleury and Price.

It's inconsistency and fundamentals which often let the first two down.

He has the ability to steal a game so there should be nothing taken for granted.

Would like to see Buch grab his first goal tonight. He's been playing well. He's got slick hands and a lot of skills, just can't seem to find those points.

Out being a good boyfriend today....which means sitting in the car as the lady goes into stores.
When's Clendening going to get in ? You'd think on a back to back he'd get some time.
Either way, keep playing like we have, Raanta have another solid showing, 9-3.

We're playing a healthier Bruins team this time around. Keep up the speed game and we should be fine

Games in Boston never seem easy, but we've got Vesey, who is steezy and likes to go top cheesy.

sorry

Pasternak off suspension. Wonder if there will be any bad blood? That hit was nasty.

Backed back in the lineup. I feel like he is always a pain in the ass to play against.

Kind of pissed that I went for Center Ice. There have only been 3-4 games so far I think that haven't been televised.

I have had Center Ice on DirecTV with the Sports Pack for the last 10 years.

The reason I get it is so I can watch MSG for the pre and post game shows, as well as the commentary between periods, and the unbiased mostly professional MSG call of the game.

I frankly hate NHL Network and wish it would die.

Not only do I feel ripped off, I miss the commentary I pay for.
